
Brent is widely known as an excellent foodie. Brent knows how to find the most delectable gourmets, even at Staples. Like his pretzel balls that he got there once...I think I ate more than half of them when I was supposed to just be feeding their fish and checking their mail.
Brent can find edible food anywhere...even in Deseret Towers. Of course his most brilliant method back then was cans of chili in a microwavable bowl that he would wash in the sink with hand soap. We probably would have starved as freshmen if he hadn't figured out how to get pizza and other edibles into our place. [As an act of devotion, I once walked a mile just to get him some caffeine.] If I were trapped in the woods or the desert with anyone, I'd pick Brent, because he could probably smite a rock and make french fries pour out.
But most of all, Brent enjoys all of the finest dining in Provo that I too enjoy. Skipper's. Doc's. And when we feel like splurging, Chuck-a-rama. Brent also knows where to find the best quick Chinese (and it's not Panda).
Brent is also an excellent chef. Right now I am really craving his curry stuff. Mmmmm... If only Stacie would make me some of that. *wipes drool off keyboard.
Brent is also a fine grill assistant. Nothing beats cooking meat over fire, sharing a cold one (pepsi) with your best amigo.
